Choices Flooring is an excellent choice to get some high-quality vinyl flooring. Their shops aren’t hard to find in Perth because they have branches in Osborne Park, Geraldton, Joondalup, and more.

I checked out their branch in Osborne Park to look for some vinyl flooring options. It was an amazing experience because they have a huge collection of vinyl flooring on site.

What caught my attention was their luxury vinyl flooring lineup. These are Genero vinyl floors, which are scratch-resistant and highly durable.

It’s also great to hear from their staff that they offer free measuring services to customers. Simply give them your details, and they’ll send a representative to your address who’ll conduct the service.

If you can’t spare the time to visit any of their branches, then you don’t have to worry. Their website has a room visualizer tool that allows you to virtually see what their vinyl flooring will look like in your home.

However, one thing Choices Flooring needs to improve on is its customer service. Some customers had an annoying experience here, as they had to wait a few minutes before someone entertained them.

Some customers also told me that they encountered rude behaviour from the staff during their visit.

Bosch Timber Floors is an award-winning flooring store due to its professionalism and quality products. One of their awards is Retailer of the Year 2022 from the Australasian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA).

They have two branches you can visit in Perth: one in Myaree and another in Wangara. I visited the one in Myaree, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for me.

A big highlight of this store is its luxury QLAY vinyl flooring lineup. These vinyl floors are designed to be highly resistant to Australia’s harsh climate and are 100% waterproof.

Bosch Timber Floors itself doesn’t offer flooring installation services, but they can help with flooring installations through their experienced tradesmen who are qualified by the ATFA.

If you’re a bit short on money, you don’t have to worry. Bosch Timber Floors is working with Zip to provide their customers with a “buy now, pay later” payment option with zero interest.

However, some downsides I can say about this shop are its communication and limited vinyl flooring options. Their vinyl floor lineup only has twelve designs available.

Bosch Timber Floors also needs to improve its communication. One customer was disappointed that the flooring delivered to them was different from the one they ordered.

Parrys Carpets & Floorcoverings is great if you’re on the hunt for huge discounts and savings while shopping flooring.

Another great thing about this shop is that you won’t have any trouble visiting their stores. They have seven branches in Perth that you can visit, including locations like Myaree, Osborne Park, and Baldivis.

I visited the store they have in Belmont. It was awesome to see their huge range of vinyl flooring options with different price ranges and designs.

Here, you’ll be able to buy cheap vinyl sheet flooring and luxurious vinyl planks.

Parrys Carpets & Floorcoverings is also regularly offering discounts and deals on its products. Make sure to check out their website to learn more about the deals they are currently running.

Another big reason why I say you can save more money in this shop is its free measuring service. Just give them your contact details, and they’ll send a representative to your address to measure your floor.

If that’s not enough, Parrys Carpets & Floorcoverings is also bundling their installation service into the final bill. It’s awesome to think that you don’t need to pay a separate fee for their installation services.

However, a downside to this shop is its customer service. My visit to their store wasn’t entirely pleasant because I had to wait a couple of minutes before someone entertained me.

Some customers also complained about this shop’s pushy salespeople. One customer was annoyed when a salesperson from this store kept bugging them over the phone.

Flooring Xtra is a flooring shop with many branches in Perth. They have nine branches available both inside and outside the metropolitan area.

The best thing about this shop is the wide range of vinyl flooring options it offers. They have more than 200 vinyl flooring options with varying prices and designs.

It’s also great that Flooring Xtra provides its own flooring installation services.

This shop can also help you with their financing options if you’re currently short on funds. Just talk with any of their representatives in any of their stores to learn more about their financing options.

A small thing I dislike about Flooring Xtra’s installation service is that it can be messy sometimes. One customer told me that the team left a mess in their home, but the owner was quick to apologise and immediately sent someone to clean it up.

Another small downside to this shop is its unavailability on Sundays. Some people may find this disappointing, especially if that day is the only free time they have on their schedules.

Vic Park Flooring Centre is an excellent “one-stop shop” for your flooring needs. They can take care of every step in the process of updating your home’s flooring, from design to installation.

I checked out their store, and I was impressed with some of the stuff they presented to me.

A product I like is their DIY-friendly vinyl planks that you can install on your own without using specialised tools and equipment. These vinyl planks are perfect for those looking to save as much money as they can.

Speaking of money, I am happy to say that many of their products are priced competitively. Most of their vinyl floors are priced lower than what other shops in Perth charge for theirs.

Another thing I want to give Vic Park Flooring Centre credit for is its communication. Their staff was very easy to talk to, and they were upfront in regard to their products and services.

However, a customer I interviewed had a different opinion about this shop. They told me that the installation work done at their house was shoddy and messy.

Thankfully, Vic Park Flooring Centre apologised quickly and repaired the problem at no extra cost to the customer.

It’s also a bit disappointing that this shop has limited business hours on weekends. They’re closed on Sundays and are open until noon only on Saturdays.
