Most of the packages last two to three hours, but you can also avail of the full-day, seven-hour spa experience if you want to make the most out of your visit.

That said, Vanilla is a busy spa destination due to its tourist spot location, especially in the summer. If you’re prone to just walking in, you might have to endure a long wait or risk not being accommodated.

Limón has three spa packages, each coming with a distinctive combination of treatments and massages to suit varying preferences. 

Note that Limón is a small spa, so you might be instructed to wait in your car or visit the nearby shop if you arrive early. 

For perspective, they only allow group bookings of up to six guests. After which the spa and lounge will be exclusive to the group for the duration of the appointment.

Also, you would need to come alone. You can’t bring a companion if they’re not booked, and you’re to leave your kids at home, as the place doesn’t offer creche services.

Your respite is that Limón is located in a hip and vibrant suburb. After your day spa, you can explore the place for its bookshops, record stores, gourmet restaurants, and boutiques.

Manusa’s port city location is attractive enough, and the spa made sure to deliver services as memorable as its home base. 

The day spa offers bespoke combination treatments. That means you can choose which essential oil to use for your massage, plus your facial product will be customized to suit your skin, depending on the package.

The packages also come with herbal tea and refreshments for total pampering.

We love that Manusa has a specific list of services for pregnant clients. Not all spas can accommodate expecting mothers due to their specialized needs, making the Fremantle location stand out. 

However, the spa isn’t immune to last-minute changes in schedules and treatment professionals, given its many clients and easy-to-access location.

It’s also often busy on weekends, so we recommend visiting in the middle of the week if you want to avoid waiting long.   

BODHI’s Highgate location in Perth is an urban sanctuary that can provide you with a momentary escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Its luxurious yet cozy interiors are topped only by the spa’s leafy green courtyard, designed so you can forget the world outside for a few hours.

We love BODHI’s wide array of services that accommodate pairs, men, and pregnant women on top of their usual guests. 

The day spa packages, in particular, are varied and cater to all client types. Most of the sessions last two hours, but you have the option to indulge yourself longer with a three, four, or five-hour combination treatment.

However, booking longer spa packages can be challenging, as the spa limits its slots. It’s possible that you’ll have to wait for weeks before you can book a session.

That said, you can check their other branches for availability. You won’t get the same leafy courtyard, though, as each branch has a different design and ambiance.

Also, the spa tends to be busy for most of the week, so make sure you book a convenient time for you and confirm your schedule a day before the visit.

Amaroo Retreat & Spa can be your next go-to if you’re planning a staycation with spa services and good food. 

The retreat is about an hour’s drive from Perth, which makes it an ideal staycation site, as it’s not too close nor too far from the city.

The retreat’s spa packages include the body rejuvenation package where you’re pampered with a sugar scrub, aromatic shower, head-to-toe massage, and quick facial. This ultra-relaxing combo treatment comes in a single or couples package.

There are also plenty of options for single massage and facial services that you’ll love. 

If you’re staying in the retreat, booking is easy, as you only need to call reception from your room. Of course, booking a room means higher expenses on your end.

That said, the spa is open to the public, so you can secure an appointment even if you haven’t booked a room, therefore saving money.

Note that the rooms and spa only accommodate guests 18 years old and above. That means you can’t bring your kids if you have them. 

Amaroo’s rates can get pricey, but the experience may be worth saving for. Plus, there are plenty of options for couples, favorable for those who want company when relaxing. 

However, be prepared to spend a bit more due to the location’s distance from the city. Not to mention that Amaroo has a high-class restaurant nearby, which you might end up visiting since you’re already at the site.
