Unique Curtains & Blinds is my favourite window blinds store for two reasons: variety and quality. This store is a veteran in the industry, with more than 35 years of supplying and installing blinds and curtains to homes in Perth.

My visit to their showroom was a great experience. They have an impressive range of blinds like honeycomb, shutters, Venetians, and rollers. This store even sells motorised blinds and curtains.

I also noticed that they use high-quality materials for their products. An example of this is their screen rollers, which completely block out harmful UV rays but allow visible light to pass through.

Their awesome products won me over, and I had a couple of their blinds installed in my home.

I should also let you know that Unique Curtains & Blinds is an award-winning store. One of the awards they received was Retail Showroom of the Year from the Window Coverings Association of Australia.

However, it’s unfortunate that some customers encountered rude behaviour from this store’s staff. One told me that they received some rude remarks from a staff member during their visit here.

Another downside to Unique Curtains & Blinds is its above-average prices. Most of their products are priced slightly higher compared to other stores in the city.

Affordable Shutters & Blinds, as their name suggests, offers a wide range of window blinds at great prices. Most of their products are priced lower than most stores in Perth.

They can provide a wide range of blinds, including Venetian, roller, and Roman.

This store is a veteran in this industry, with more than 25 years of experience. Their staff knows their products well, and they’re highly experienced in the installation and repair of window blinds.

A lot of their customers praise their fast response times. You can expect a message from them within a few minutes after leaving a message on their website.

What I find really cool about Affordable Shutters & Blinds is its DIY-friendly window blinds. I asked them how easy it is to install their blinds on my own, and they told me that all I need to install their products are basic handyman skills.

However, I should inform you that this store doesn’t have a physical showroom address. You can only enquire about their products through the phone, their website, or a salesman’s visit to your home.

Speaking about their salesmen, some customers were disappointed in the salesmen for missing appointments. One customer told me that they had to wait for hours before a salesman arrived at their house.

Classic Window Finishings was established in 1996 as a maker and seller of blinds, curtains, and shutters. Their 25 years of experience have given them the skills necessary to develop products suitable for each of their clients’ tastes.

This store sells both custom and stock window blinds. Their custom-made blinds can meet the specific needs of their customers, like material, size, and finishing requests.

Classic Window Finishings offers free measurements and quotations to customers. Make use of this service if you’re still unsure whether their prices and product range are suitable for your needs.

What’s really great about this store is its 2-year warranty on all its products. They told me that all repairs and replacements made during the warranty period are free, including material and labour.

However, a downside to Classic Window Finishing is its poor communication. Some customers told me that they haven’t received a single reply to their calls and emails sent to this store.

Another problem with this store is its hidden fees. Some customers were annoyed when they found out that the final prices were higher than their initial quotes.

The Blinds Gallery is an excellent choice for those looking to buy window blinds on a budget. A lot of their products are priced competitively while still having impressive quality.

This store sells a wide variety of blinds, like Venetian, padded, panel, and more. They even sell more unique kinds of window blinds in their designer blind collection.

It’s awesome that The Blinds Gallery has a price-match guarantee. They strive to have the lowest prices in Perth.

If you give them a lower quote from a competitor, they can lower their original price.

Aside from their price-match guarantee, I am also pleased that they support many payment options. They are currently partnered with Zip to provide customers with a “buy now, pay later” option with zero interest.

I am also happy to report that The Blinds Gallery has a 2-year warranty on its products. Select products can have up to 15 years of warranty.

However, my visit to their showroom wasn’t a good experience. Their salespeople were so pushy about making a sale, which was a big turnoff for me.

Another downside to The Blinds Gallery is its communication. Some customers told me that this store failed to reply to most of their emails and calls.

Westral is one of the oldest providers of window blinds in Perth, with more than 50 years of experience in the industry. Their experience has allowed them to develop high-quality blinds and shutters.

This store manufactures all the products they sell. Their made-to-measure blinds are made from environmentally friendly and high-quality materials.

Their materials meet the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for environmentally friendly materials. Westral also ensures that all products they make are compliant with Australian Standard 3902-1987. 

What’s great about this store is that you can pay for their products on an instalment basis through their own payment service called Westral Pay. This payment option has zero interest.

However, some customers criticise Westral’s installation service. They told me that the installation work done on their blinds was sloppy and damaged their blinds and windows.

This problem is further intensified by this store’s poor after-sales service. Some customers had difficulties contacting Westral for follow-up services to repair their blinds.
