The team behind this lunch restaurant rehabilitated the old hotel site in 2018 and built a new garden and kitchens to turn it into a farm-to-table restaurant. This resulted in a restaurant surrounded by massive gardens where the chefs harvest 80% of the ingredients they use.
The restaurant’s menu is constantly changing, depending on their daily harvests. Diners can choose between a dining menu with heartier options and a canape menu that features starters and small dishes.
