Is Mandurah worth visiting?
Definitely! In Mandurah, you can do the following exciting things:
- Swim at Kwillena Gabi Pool.
- Swing away at Mandurah’s three world-class golf courses.

Go for a swim at Kwillena Gabi Pool
Address: Mandurah’s Eastern Foreshore South Precinct, near the intersection of Mandurah Terrace and Tuckey Street
Website: https://www.mandurah.wa.gov.au/
Cost: Free for public use, but swimmers must be responsible for their own safety
The unique circular Kwillena Gabi pool translates to “Dolphin Waters” in the local Binjareb Boodja Traditional Owners’ language. This is because the pool doesn’t have nets attached, allowing sea creatures to join in the fun.
If you’re with kids, keep an eye on them to prevent sunburn. There’s nothing worse than having a bad burn right after a day of fun, and even your dermatologist will agree.
Other than that, enjoy the cool waters of the shallows as well as the deeper depths of the pool. Since the surrounding area is still under construction, you may need to bring a picnic basket with you.
