A thing I love about them is their one-stop-shop approach, which ensures every aspect of a construction project is handled by their own people rather than a middleman.

That includes not only the actual construction stage itself but also the design stage, as they have an architect who can design a building that meets your preferences and all relevant building codes. 

They can also assist in securing the necessary permits from the local town council and utility companies, so you don’t need to go through all that hassle.

However, it’s worrying that some of their former clients complained that they’re a bit slow in providing updates.

Empyrean Build, formerly known as Perth Precision Construction, has been doing construction projects across the city for over 15 years. I’m a huge fan of these guys due to the many services they offer to their clients.

Aside from the usual residential and commercial construction projects, their builders also have a good grasp of constructing specialised buildings like medical and childcare facilities.

Interestingly, it seems that they also have some artistic people among their ranks, as they can also develop landscapes and playground parks. They even provide interior design services!

These amazing services are probably the reason why Empyrean Build was a finalist in the Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards in 2021.

However, it should be noted that, as one of the more popular options on this list, they do tend to get fully booked quickly.

Design Build Develop, with over 40 years of experience, is a veteran in the residential and commercial construction spaces in Perth. As their name implies, they can assist you in almost every step from start to finish.

Aside from the usual stuff a construction company typically offers, they also offer additional services like interior design and commercial fitout. They can also do feasibility studies to determine whether a plot of land is worth developing.

However, what really surprised me was their joint venture scheme. If you want to develop an empty lot but lack the necessary funds to do so, they can serve as an investor who’ll fund the project and become your partner down the line.

Overall, I have no issues with them except for their inability to meet deadlines sometimes.
