Better Office Supplies is my most trusted supplier for my stationery needs. This online store boasts a wide range of products, including office supplies, art materials, and even office laptops.
I first tried out this store back when the COVID-19 lockdown was in full swing. It became my favourite store because it actually entices repeat customers with some neat perks.
One of those perks is their membership plan. For only $30 per year, you can become a BOS partner, which grants you huge discounts on a lot of their products.
Members can score up to a 40% discount on their retail prices.
Better Office Supplies’ is also great with its delivery services. They haven’t failed me yet in delivering my office supplies on time and straight to my doorstep.
Their customer service is another thing I love about them. Not once did the staff answer me dismissively when I asked them mundane questions in regard to the availability of some of their products.
Furthermore, a big reason why I keep supporting them is that they give a noticeable chunk of their profits to charities like The Smith Family.
However, a downside to Better Office Supplies is that it’s strictly an online store. It has no brick-and-mortar store available in Perth.

Another great thing about Challenge Office Supplies is its free delivery service. This service extends to all residents and businesses within Perth’s metropolitan area.
This store is committed to only selling high-quality products. However, it’s inevitable that some defective products may slip through the cracks.
Thankfully, they have a good return policy that allows customers to arrange the return of defective products with a single phone call.
However, Challenge Office Supplies’ shop is closed on weekends. You can only buy office supplies and contact them for enquiries between Monday and Friday.
Their store in Balcatta is also too far for residents living in the southern parts of Perth. Thankfully, they have an awesome delivery service, which alleviates this small downside.

Office National is one of Australia’s biggest providers of office supplies and equipment. It’s got a wide variety of products from many brands.
Their store in Balcatta is my go-to whenever my first option doesn’t have a niche product I’m looking for.
Office National provides a lot more than just office supplies. Some of their other products are electronics, kitchenware, furniture, and more.
Another noticeable advantage of Office National is its many branches in Perth. They have three branches in the city, which you’ll find at Balcatta, Canning Vale, and the Perth CBD.
If you’re not keen on visiting one of their stores personally, then you can always rely on their fast delivery services.
Some of my colleagues tend to rely on Office National’s delivery services because it can deliver their office supplies within the same day.
Unfortunately, this office supplies store doesn’t regularly stock some of its products. I recommend that you give them a call first if you want to know if a specific product you’re looking for is available.
Another downside to Office National is that its stores in Perth are closed on weekends. Any orders you make on their online store during the weekend will most likely be delivered on Monday instead.

kikki.K is a great stationery store where you can get personalised office supplies you can proudly show off to your friends or gift to someone you love.
Unlike other stores, this one offers a premium experience for customers looking for something unique and new. Most of its products are stationery, including pens, planners, diaries, markers, and more.
As I said before, kikki.K’s most unique offering is its personalised products. For a few bucks more, you can buy a pen or planner with unique colours and a monogram design.
I visited their store in Enex to buy my girlfriend a planner as a monthsary present. The people on the staff were super friendly to me, and they even gave me some great tips on what designs were popular.
Aside from the one at Enex, kikki.K actually has two more stores in Perth. One of their branches is in Karrinyup Shopping Centre, and the other is in Booragoon’s Garden City.
kikki.K also has an online store where you can buy both their regular and personalised products. With an order over $50, you can enjoy free shipping anywhere across the country.
However, there are some downsides to this store. One is that kikki.K specialises heavily in stationery products. You won’t find non-paper office supplies like computer accessories and printer ink.
Another downside to this store is its above-average prices. Most of the products sold here are more expensive compared to other similar stores in the city.

Positive Stationery offers a wide range of office supplies, from your typical stationery to large printers. They even sell business equipment like cash registers and specialty papers.
The best part is that they deliver all their products for free. This free service is available as long as your address is within the city.
Positive Stationery’s competitive prices and free delivery make it so popular in Maddington. One of my friends owns an accounting firm, and they use this store for their office supplies.
Another great thing about this place is its awesome staff. A lot of the staff members at Positive Stationery are great people, and they always served me with a smile on my few visits to their store.
However, some products in this store aren’t stocked regularly. Thankfully, it’s easy to notify their staff about this issue, and they always do their best to restock an item as soon as the next day.
Another downside to Positive Stationery is its unavailability on weekends. This includes their hotlines and delivery services, so make sure you place an order on weekdays to avoid inconveniencing yourself.
