Flash your brand in style with the best digital signage companies in Perth!

CMS Quality: Through client interviews, case studies, feedback, and personal experience, we reviewed Content Management Systems (CMS), gauging ease of scheduling, remote management, layout editing, real-time previews, and more.

Companies with CMS that received awards or certifications from relevant bodies, such as AwardChimp, Webby Awards, ISO, and G2, saw better scores.

Content Variety: Portfolios, clients, and social media content were consulted to see whether the entries don’t simply stick to static visuals. Those with more pertinent samples, templates, and/or media formats garnered higher marks.

Service Range: Do the candidates offer end-to-end solutions, including maintenance and software support, or do they simply provide design and installation? We answered that by calling/emailing entries and interviewing clients.

Customer Service: Response speed and quality were assessed via test calls/emails, while politeness and after-sales support were scored using interviews and feedback. Availability also mattered.

Pricing: To rate value, plans and individual quotes were compared. Companies close to/within Perth’s averages were prioritised, especially if their transparency and ROI records are positive, both measured through feedback and case studies.

Not to sound like a Zoomer, but if you want to drag foot traffic through your door, going digital is the move (hiring a seasoned business consultant helps, too!).

Just look at shops with screen-based ads. Aren’t they more engaging?

Even this study from 2023 agrees. As per its findings, businesses that switched to screens enjoyed 32% in sales!

That’s why you need a digital signage company that’s reliable in service and product quality alike. If you need proper suggestions, we dropped Perth’s finest below!

Signup WA clocks at over 25 years, and it shows. Personnel like Rachel and Adam are often praised by local companies for their proactivity, transparency, and response speed.

What makes it more ace is the pricing. Based on clients and quotes, the firm’s rates for digital signage solutions are competitive for Perth.

No major complaints on the software either. It’s user-friendly and allows for content updates without the need for a technician.

Plus, Signup goes beyond LED billboards or signs. They can hook you up with menus, wayfinding, and interactive signage.

Installation slots don’t last long, mind. Over 6 industries make up their clientele, and they’re not the biggest crew in town.

The portfolio is fairly light as well. Sure, they have 4,500-plus projects in the bag, but traditional signs take up the lion’s share.

Thankfully, the service scope isn’t. It’s end-to-end, with design, installation, and ongoing support covered.

Pros

  • Over 25 years of experience
  • End-to-end solutions
  • Fair prices
  • Covers a variety of digital signage

Cons

  • Light digital signage portfolio
  • Relatively smaller team

I felt reassured

I can not fault the customer service experience or delivery of final product from this company. Fantastic communication with myself and my graphic designer and attention to detail throughout all stages of my signage order. From initial enquiries and design with Rachel, measurement and site inspection from James to final delivery and installation by Adam and Ty, I felt reassured my business rebrand was in expert hands. Thankyou also to workshop team who made sure my order was ready in time. Would definitely recommend to any small or large business who needs quality impactful signage without the stress.

If you need a crew that’s huge on consistency, Signs & Lines is among Perth’s safest bets. Processes like design, manufacturing, content creation, and installation are sorted in-house.

The years work in their favour, too. Yap!digital (the firm’s digital signage division) opened in 2012, while the company itself has been producing eye-catching signs for 40 years and more.

Even better, big-name brands have scored digital signage from them. You’ll find some in the HBF Park Stadium and Perth Airport!

That’s why it’s prudent to book ahead. Facing wait time is likely if you don’t, seeing as their other services pull just as much crowd.

Phoning them for the prices is also smart. Premium products come with premium rates.

You’d also be glad to know Signs & Lines holds an ISO 9001 certification and won in the Australian Signage Awards (ASGA)!

Pros

  • Open for over 40 years
  • ISO-accredited and award-winning
  • In-house team
  • Hefty digital signage portfolio

Cons

  • High demand = tricky to book
  • Can get pricey

I would definitely recommend these guys

I would just like to say that it was a pleasure dealing with the entire team at Signs & Lines. From dealing with the guys who provided the design advice for the signage inside and out to the execution of those designs to the manufacture of the approved signs to the install of those signs on site. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody who is looking to have a sign installed for their business with no issues whatsoever from start to finish. We get so many comments about the aesthetics of the signage both inside and out for Belle Cosmetic Clinic

An Absolute Pleasure

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the Signs and Lines team. From our needs to brainstorming, to designing , to planning, to install, we’ve felt understood and supported all along! We’ll definitely re-use their services and we highly recommend them💫

As a family-run business founded by Beau Wetter, a signwriting vet, Sign Hero rarely comes short on the comms department.

We asked their clients for that scoop. Scores of them brought up the speedy, proactive, and polite replies that don’t skimp on details.

Having major players as clients is another reason they’re here. Brands like Swatch, Google, and Marimekko have booked them.

Sign Hero’s variety isn’t as appealing as the others’, though. The majority of their digital work revolves around LED-based signs only.

Moreover, they’re more well-known for vehicle wraps and 3D/acrylic signs, which might be a weak point for those after a chunky digital signage catalogue.

The silver lining? Costs are kept Perth-friendly, and the firm’s record with deadlines is superb.

It also helps that Beau opened up in 2013. That’s over a decade in the signage industry.

Pros

  • Excellent communication
  • Has big-name clients like Google
  • Reasonable pricing
  • Open for over a decade

Cons

  • Light digital signage portfolio
  • Mostly focuses on LED signs only

Super East to Deal With

Super happy with the service from Sign Hero. Highly recommend and will 100% use Sign Hero for all future projects. Beau is super easy to deal with and his work is perfection.

Beau was fantastic from the moment I called, my needs were met promptly, and the sign quality exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using Sign Hero.

This review wouldn’t make sense if Amped Digital weren’t mentioned. See, digital signage is their main gig, unlike others that put it second or third.

You’ve probably seen their work somewhere before, since their signs are found across Australia and New Zealand! Around Perth, Hyperluxe, Nando’s, Krispy Kreme, Haighs, and Subway feature some.

And nope, it’s not just large LED screens. Amped runs the widest range of digital signage options here, with interactive displays, digital kiosks, menu boards, drive-thru solutions, and video walls as a few examples.

Unsurprisingly, the positives above don’t come cheap. Established brands might find the rates fair, but smaller ones should prepare for a big spend.

The latter should also be ready for hanging around a bit. If we’re talking demand, Amped is one of Perth’s hottest picks.

But hey, their hardware and software are robust, thanks to partnerships with tech giants like Samsung and LG (leading brands also found in these electronics shops).

Pros

  • Open since 2013
  • Massive digital signage portfolio
  • Covers a variety of digital signage
  • Has partnerships with established tech brands

Cons

  • Can be pricey
  • High demand = tricky to book

Excellent Engagement

Dylan and his team deliver 110% on support and customer engagement. I have worked in AV for 18 years and can vouch for their professionalism, dedication and going above and beyond to assist clients in planning, consultancy, installation and problem solving. I highly recommend their turn-key AV solutions, purchasing, integrated system and product design as well as back end support for commercial, events and exhibitions. Have had nothing but excellent engagement with them from day one

– Kieran S, Google Review

Incredibly Professional

Matt and Dylan went above and beyond to help me synch a three panel video art piece. I was on a tight deadline, installing in a different city and dealing with many technical specifications. They are incredibly professional and offer the best hardware available on the market. I will continue to work with them on future projects. They’re amazing.

Many consider Signwave as a quality investment. The firm’s prices aren’t too crazy for Perth, and the bespoke approach allows brands to land a digital sign fitting their needs and size.

What’s more, they tend to offer more services than some alternatives. Not every option on this list provides content analysis, site surveys, and shipping solutions.

Similar to most, however, this one has a tight schedule. The huge portfolio is solid proof that they’re hot stuff.

Unfortunately, Signwave’s upfront payment policy hasn’t won every client, chiefly those who prefer seeing a design first before shelling out cash.

Even so, our team believes they’re a quality choice, given how we value experience. They’ve been grinding since 1997, you know.

Besides, they remove the need to go elsewhere for complementary products. Point-of-purchase displays, posters, and window decals can be set up here.

Pros

  • Open since 1997
  • Wide range of services
  • Reasonable pricing
  • Massive digital signage portfolio

Cons

  • Upfront payment policy
  • High demand

Amazing Quality

These guys did an amazing job with my car sign a couple months ago (don’t mind my roof!). It’s helped my business so much, I’m still being contacted even though I’m booked out. Amazing quality. Thanks to Barry and the team :).

– Caitlin Stinnette, Google Review

Prompt Service

Great experience with Signwave Osborne Park for our office wall vinyls and reception logos. Prompt service throughout design and installation, and professional installation onsite. Very pleased with the result and definitely recommend them for similar work.
