They’re the only pet store on this list that offers a taste guarantee, which is perfect if your pet is a picky eater! 

If your pet doesn’t like the food you bought for them, all you have to do is return the remaining food to the store and the staff will help you find a replacement. 

You can also use their online quiz to help determine which food may be suitable for your dog, and they take into account factors like breed, age, and activity level.

They also have a subscription model which they call a repeat delivery, and this way, you can get your pet’s food, treats, and supplements delivered to you regularly on your preferred frequency.

When it comes to the items they have available, we don’t think you’ll be having a problem. The majority of the complaints, however, were about their grooming service, with owners complaining about the result of their pet’s service.
