The 5 Best Clubs in Perth
How We Picked the Best Clubs in Perth
Cost
Alongside reasonable pricing, the club offerings must be worth the cost. Additionally, the prices were compared with those of other Perth clubs.
Menu
We looked at the assortment of food and drinks and the club’s consideration for particular preferences.
Service
The services were reviewed based on their variety and promptness of the staff.
Communication
Their employees should be accessible in case of questions or clarifications. They should also be reliable and accommodating throughout the service.

If you find playing darts exhilarating, then Flight Club in Perth may suit you and your friends.
The club events are designed to bring groups of 37 or more together. Because of this, we believe their location is ideal for team building events, big family gatherings, or celebrations.
We also like that clients can enjoy playing in their semi-private space. It’s not too rowdy that it would be distracting, but it’s not too isolating either.
It’s also great that they encourage customers to pre-order drinks. This way, the beverages will be waiting on ice, with food served during your booking.
Their extensive menu offers various mix-and-share mini plates, snacks, and treats. Their website also has a convenient dietary filter that shows items good for vegetarians, vegans, and others with more specific allergies.
In addition, we’re in awe that booking a high tea social is also available Saturdays and Sundays. This includes Prosecco and bottomless sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee, and darts.
Customers could top up as they play too. We believe this minimises the interruptions on a fun night out!
Nevertheless, a few clients we talked to say service could be quicker. This may be due to the large number of customers per booking, so it may be an isolated incident.
Flight Club’s services are accessible daily but with shorter hours on Mondays. There’s some parking available outside, although we think this could still be insufficient.
Pros
- Offers darts as an exciting social activity
- Good for 37 people and more
- Extensive menu that caters to dietary needs
- Customers can book on any day
Cons
- Shorter opening times on Mondays
- Parking may be inadequate

To those who would love a good laugh, Comedy Lounge is a club in Perth you’ll be happy to visit.
Their shows go for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, depending on how many comedians perform. We appreciate that this includes a short break so guests can use the bathroom and freshen up.
Apart from a good show, we like that they offer an excellent selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Some of these are wines (white, rose, red, and sparkling), cocktails, and on-tap beers.
What’s more, there’s a table service where you can order from your phone for efficiency.
While their kitchen and menu may be small, some regulars we spoke to say the food’s delicious. Four flavours of pizza (Hawaiian, Pepperoni, Margarita, and Vegetarian) are available, along with shoestring fries and a grazing box.
Conveniently, Comedy Lounge is also 300 meters from Perth Underground station. This makes it easier for many to commute and get there on time.
For your convenience, a multi-story Wilson car park is located next door. Alternatively, His Majesty’s Car Park is a short distance from the venue.
It’s helpful that there’s also wheelchair access via the main entrance down the laneway. Just remember to come 20 to 30 minutes before the show commences to ensure you get seated in time.
Pros
- Adequate alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink list
- Allows phone orders for faster service
- Several parking options
- Available wheelchair access
Cons
- Small kitchen and food menu
- Closed on Sundays to Tuesdays

As one of the most iconic vintage underground clubs in Perth, you can step back in time and let your hair down at the Jazz Cellar.
From the get-go, we find their mysterious red phone box entry alluring. We believe this small yet cosy entrance is the gateway to a fun atmosphere!
Nostalgic guests can come and relive the spirit of the 1920s and 1930s and we think this is a fascinating way to escape the stress of the modern, daily hustle.
For customer convenience, we like that flexible arrangements can be made for various occasions. This club hosts birthdays, office gatherings, weddings and receptions, Christmas parties, bar mitzvahs, and the like.
But no matter how fun this club is, they’re only open on Fridays. While the scarcity of their performances can make the club seem more appealing, opening once a week may still be off putting for a few, in our opinion.
In addition, note that they require cash payment on the night or any Friday night leading up to the event to secure seats. We recommend booking 2 weeks in advance to be sure.
We find it helpful that they send an SMS reminder 24 hours before the show to confirm the number of people in your booking. After all, you never know when someone from your group may suddenly cancel.
But unlike other clubs, Jazz Cellar doesn’t serve food or alcohol, so we know this is something big to consider as well.
Pros
- Has a nostalgic 1920s and 1930s theme
- Customers may hire their jazz band
- Flexible performances with various events
- Sends an SMS confirmation
Cons
- Only accepts cash payment
- No food or alcohol is served
4. Irish Club

Long live the Irish! The Irish Club is one of the most interesting clubs in Perth that promotes its national and cultural aspects.
Though very patriotic, we appreciate that the club has a non-political and non-sectarian policy. They welcome people of all nationalities to enjoy the club’s ambience as members or guests.
It’s incredible that anyone who likes Irish culture may enjoy the plays, music, or sports from around the globe. There’s also good food, cold drinks, and fantastic fellowship in a relaxed environment.
More specifically, they host these Irish-themed activities at the club: theatre, language classes, dancing classes, choir, Comhaltas (an informal gathering of Irish musicians), and more.
We suggest checking out their membership option for those who wish to be more involved.
Getting one finances Irish activities while enjoying 10% off all bar purchases, free room hires for private events, and the right to vote and have a say in the club culture.
Still, we think the employees may be a little understaffed to take on big crowds. Because of this, some meals may come later than desired.
The Irish Club is open 5 days a week and closed on Thursdays and Sundays. Parking is also available outside, though we saw this might be insufficient for a packed night.
Pros
- Promotes fun Irish culture and traditions
- Lots of Irish-themed activities to enjoy
- Accepts guests of any nationality
- Offers a membership with many perks
Cons
- The number of staff might be inadequate
- Parking may be limited
5. Santos & Pecadores

Santos & Pecadores is another engaging themed club in Perth you might want to explore.
We like their creative theme, which is about bringing paradise to Perth. Their team told us they wanted to create a multicultural world for the guests.
Several of the customers we talked to also vouch for their great music. This is essential for a night out since dancing is a massive part of it, in our opinion.
They offer private and semi-private tables with VIP treatment too. This costs $250 to $500 and may be costly for some, but we think this could be worth it if you want the exclusivity.
Just remember that a full deposit is required for the VIP services, payable by credit card or direct debit. There aren’t a lot of payment options to choose from.
We also find their strict cancellation policies a bit demanding – this must be made at least 6 days before the booking date to receive 75% of the refund.
Also, guests have a dress code to follow, like wearing appropriate and neat clothes. Otherwise, it’s up to their staff to refuse entry to any patron who wears indecent, offensive, and other prohibited clothing.
Note that they also have strict rules against any behaviour they think is aggressive or anti-social. We recommend drinking in moderation so you can have fun – but not too much fun that they’ll kick you or your friends out.
Keep in mind that Santos & Pecadores is open only thrice a week. Their outside parking is easily filled, so we advise driving early on your visit.
Pros
- Unique paradise theme
- Provides numerous VIP services
- Offers the luxurious feeling of exclusivity
- Plays excellent dance music
Cons
- Available only 3 times per week
- Strict rules and conditions for entry
