Jet Couriers is my pick whenever I need a parcel sent in the fastest time possible. This courier company boasts a list of services that can accommodate both regular and express parcel delivery needs.

A major highlight of Jet Couriers is its direct delivery service. With this option, your package won’t pass through any of their logistics centres. 

The driver will pick up the package and deliver it directly to the recipient at the fastest time possible.

I sometimes use their direct delivery service whenever I need to send an important document to someone across the city.

A big reason why I trust these guys with my important documents is their accurate parcel tracking service. Their delivery trucks are connected to a GPS, which provides accurate information on their locations.

I put too much emphasis on Jet Couriers’ direct delivery, but what about its other services? Don’t worry because I am happy to report that their less expensive services are still fast and efficient at delivering packages.

They have two other delivery services available, called general delivery and express delivery. These two are still excellent services and can be used for less urgent delivery.

However, a downside to Jet Couriers is its customer service. Some of their customers complained about the rude behaviour they got from the staff when they had questions.

I should also tell you that their office in Perth is too far from the central business district. You’ll find it at Wangara, at the northern edge of the city.

Quicklee Express Transport & Distribution is my recommended pick for business owners in Perth. Its efficient and fast delivery service around the city allows for an almost seamless solution for your logistical needs.

A major reason why I recommend this courier service for businesses is its cheap prices. Their services are priced lower compared to other couriers in the city, which is great for repeat deliveries.

One of my friends works at a business that uses Quicklee for its logistical needs. The business has many branches in the city and thus requires a partner to deliver its stock to its stores.

Aside from businesses, this courier service is also available for individual customers. Quicklee assures that they can send packages to their recipients within only two hours after leaving their depot.

However, a downside to this courier service is its limited service range. You can only use Quicklee for deliveries within Perth and Peel. You’ll need to look at other courier services for international or cross-state deliveries.

Another downside to this courier service is that its delivery times are fixed. They only do delivery runs at 10 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM.

Transdirect is a solid choice for me, as it’s one of Australia’s biggest courier services. Its huge logistical capability allows it to offer a level of delivery service that’s hard to find among most courier services in Perth.

For starters, Transdirect is capable of doing overnight or next-day interstate deliveries. This is an impressive feat in my opinion, especially when you consider the huge size of Australia.

They even have a same-day courier service if the address of your recipient isn’t too far from you.

Another thing I love about Transdirect is its commitment to being a carbon-neutral courier service. They keep all the carbon emissions they generate to a minimum through the use of eco-friendly practices.

If you’re someone who regularly uses a courier service, then you can also take advantage of Transdirect’s free membership programme.

I only needed to register on their website, and I was able to immediately enjoy a 10% discount on all their services.

However, a downside to this courier service is its many extra charges. Many customers I’ve talked to expressed their frustration when they found out their final bill was higher because of these add-on charges.

Another downside to Transdirect is its communication with its customers. My friend was very frustrated because she had to call their office repeatedly to ask why her package was delayed.

PEP Transport is another name we residents of Perth are familiar with. This courier service is one of the most reliable ones in the city, with more than 50 years of experience in the industry.

Those long years of experience have given this courier service a good edge over its competitors in Perth. My favourite service from them is their 24/7 courier service, which can deliver your package to your recipient late at night.

I sometimes use this service whenever I need to send someone a package that can’t wait until the next day.

I’m also happy to report that PEP Transport’s express delivery services aren’t limited to small packages like documents. This service can deliver heavier items like furniture and appliances too.

Aside from its express delivery service, this courier service gets another thumbs up thanks to its insurance. You can avail yourself of their extensive insurance coverage for only a small extra charge on your bill.

However, there are still some things that PEP Transport can improve on. One of those is their parcel tracking service, which some customers have complained about as being inaccurate.

Another downside to this courier service is its inconsistent regular delivery service. While PEP Transport’s express delivery service is great, the same couldn’t be said about its regular delivery service. 

The regular delivery service is prone to delays and cancellations.
