Additionally, they are highly flexible. We once booked them for heavy junk lifting, and they aced the request on the same day.

As for the pricing, it’s all upfront. To avoid unwanted fees, just remember they price by volume (the space your items take).

However, you should prepare for expensive charges. For instance, removing a single mattress cost us around 150 bucks.

There were also instances when they prioritized larger, less significant items over smaller, more important ones to fill their truck’s volume and secure return trips, leading to higher expenses.

Lastly, we don’t like their customer service. The line gets disconnected easily, and canceling bookings takes too much time.
