Tom’s Pest Control aced our credential check. Their techs have over 20 years of experience and hold TAFE and APCA certifications.

Personally, I appreciate their customer service. My first call was answered, steps were explained in plain English, and there were no shady upsells; the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid.

One little gripe, though: they kept asking for a review just about 3 days after the service, which felt too forced since I hadn’t even seen the results yet.

But credit where it’s due—their treatment worked. The price was also fair, lining up with Perth’s usual rates for same-day services.

It wasn’t a rushed job either. They did a proper inspection, put together a well-thought-out treatment plan, handled the issue, and provided post-service tips.

That said, I’ve heard stories of techs cancelling or not showing up. That didn’t happen to me, but it’s worth noting.

Asked for a quote and got called pretty fast. Great customer service and loved that they send a message when they are on the way with the aprox time so you are ready for them. Also we had another pest issue (non-related with them) and they managed to fit us last minute in their schedule and gave us a discount since we had done a previous service with them so really thankful

We put Enviro Pest Control here for many reasons. To start, they have reasonable prices and certified techs trained to handle 15,000+ pest species.

Best of all, clients mention being mouse-free in just a week after the treatment. That’s quick!

They’re also not limited to residential properties. Commercial establishments are part of their clientele, and with WA-approved treatments, business owners can breathe a little easier.

Just book early because Enviro’s schedule can get hectic. It would’ve also been nice if they offered a guarantee or loyalty programs like other companies here.

The good news is that they do have discounts, which you can nab by calling instead of using the website’s quote generator.

Additionally, we love how they report other pest infestations even if you solely booked them for a mice inspection—all without being pushy.

Enviro’s coverage is solid, too, about 28 suburbs and counting. Not bad for a relatively smaller crew.

Good Service

Enviro Pest Control team has been excellent. His expertise and knowledge about pest control was top notch. We called them for General Pest Control for our property, when they came to do the treatment he started with risk assessment to find out if there some things needs to be covered or moved, any pet food bowls or fish pound needs to be covered. Then he did quick pest inspection to find out if we have any other issues that needs to be addressed. Then he explained me the whole process like what chemical they are using, warranty of the treatment and how long we have to wait before we can come out etc. In the end he completed the treatment. We have had pest control done in past as well but I have never came across such a high end service. I highly recommend them and they are going to be our pest & termite control company for future. Very Knowledgeable

I booked Enviro Pest Control for mice pest control services. They were able to come out to my house within a few hours of me calling and explaining the situation. Very knowledgeable and provided me with education on how to make our house less mice friendly whilst also setting up mice stations inside and outside of the house. They also informed me of a bull ant problem and I was able to organise another appointment to sort this out. Overall a very positive experience!

Twenty years deep, and Adaptive Pest Control’s quality is going strong.

The company’s friendly approach is one reason why. Clients praise their certified technicians’ politeness and professionalism, with the pros normally showing up on time and ensuring each step or product is explained clearly.

Turnaround is also quick. Most see results within 2–5 weeks, the usual in Perth. Plus, they offer after-hours services, which are a lifesaver if you have kids.

Communication-wise, Adaptive is solid with prompt responses and updates sent via timely SMS. They even send post-treatment emails that provide tips on how to prevent mice and all pests in general.

Essential workers, like cops and nurses, get 10% off as well. Same goes if you’re a VIP or loyalty card holder.

However, a minor bummer is that the deals don’t apply to first-time customers.

There’s also the weekend closure. Other companies on this list provide Sunday and/or Saturday services.

Pesti Pest Control is right up there when it comes to getting the job done efficiently. Clients reported that their techs show up on time, sometimes even earlier.

The same thing can be said with the results and prices, both generally within the standard Perth timeframe and rate. What’s more, you’ll usually pay what you were quoted—no funny business.

As a bonus, they sometimes throw in complimentary anti-wasp or spider treatments, even if you just booked for a mouse control solution. But if you want a full blitz, there are bundles that can hit 5+ pests in one payment.

Moreover, Pesti’s phone support works. We never had to ring twice (yet), and the company regularly calls for post-service checks.

However, clients have mentioned some reps being rude on the phone.

No discounts or loyalty programs either—not ideal if you’re like us, the bargain hunter type.

If you want a company with competitive fees and 15-plus years in the game, Rats Pest Control is a suitable pick.

This team is quite knowledgeable in finding hidden spots or picking which WA-approved method works best.

That specialisation pays off. Almost all their clients said it took about a week to see positive results.

The sweet bit is that there’s a written warranty on the invoice in case things don’t go according to plan.

They also offer a solution that a lot of competitors skip—dead rodent removal. Super handy for finding and hygienically removing the terrible odour of death.

On the downside, they’re not the biggest company on this list, so spots can fill up fast if you fail to book early. They also don’t offer discounts or deals, which is a shame for those facing regular infestations, particularly businesses.
