5 Best Places to Get a Hair Transplant in Perth
How We Picked The Best Places to Get a Hair Transplant in Perth
Experience
We made sure the clinics mentioned here have had extensive history and accomplishments when it comes to hair transplants. Because the procedure is rather costly and deals with such a big part of one’s body, it is best to stick to options that have the expertise needed.
Procedures Used
A lot of clinics offer other options like PRP and laser therapy. While our list includes clinics that also have these services, we made sure to pick out places that specifically let you get a hair transplant in Perth and actually have surgeons that specialise in them.
Hygiene
As with any medical procedure, you want to make sure you are getting your treatments done in a clean environment with sterile materials. You won’t be finding any grimy or questionable clinics with these options.
Responsiveness
If you’re seeking out hair transplant options, then you likely aren’t trying to wait around forever to get a response. The best clinics will answer your queries in a timely manner and get your booking or consultation sorted out.

Pros
- Scar-free and stitch-free transplant
- Variety of transplant solutions depending on your case and preferences
- Good facilities with all the necessary materials and equipment
Cons
- Perth location is not immediately guaranteed
- Social media is limited and less active
- May require flights and boarding depending on your procedure
Hair Transplant International offers a variety of options for transplants but the real standout is their Density Plus technique.
Their technique is meant to provide more density and coverage by the end of treatment. Individuals with significant hair loss and bald spots will most likely find this exclusive technique most attractive.
We also appreciate how easy the process starts for new patients. You can book a consultation to figure out what treatment works for your issue and then find a doctor or surgeon to match your case.
You don’t have to commit right away, either. An in-person meeting will determine what process can minimise the number of procedures you’ll need to undergo.
They also promise a scar-free and stitch-free result, and past clients prove that this claim is pretty consistently delivered.
If you’re going to book a consultation with them, we noticed that they are more responsive through their website and mobile channels compared to their socials.
One complicated factor we did notice is that you may not necessarily be directed to their Perth facility. Although this facility is top-notch and carries complete equipment, your booking is based on availability.
So, if your consultation matches you to a different branch, then that’s likely where you’ll be headed unless you specifically request the Perth clinic.

Pros
- Great environment that is comforting for patients
- Technologically advanced solutions for minimally invasive treatment
- Lots of social media pages to reach out to aside from their website
Cons
- No FUT options for those with severe hair loss
- Bookings can be hard to secure due to demand
- Pricier than other options
Dr Anh’s medical practice is immediately comforting from the moment you enter the space.
We really appreciate how the interiors are decorated in a way that makes it feel like you’re coming into a hotel or spa more than a clinic. That said, everything you need for a clean and efficient procedure is within the facility.
Although the good doctor is primarily recognised as an award-winning plastic surgeon, she also provides the only Neograft® hair transplant in Perth.
What makes this option really viable is how minimally invasive it is. Hair follicles are removed in small groupings and placed in problem areas to create a natural look without taking too long to heal.
Even if you don’t end up being treated by Dr Anh herself, the team of surgeons at the clinic is highly experienced and used to the FUE method. If you’re not ready or available for an in-person consultation, you can also have a one-to-one video call.
We did note that the only real limitation here is that there are no FUT options. This means that if you don’t have enough hair to make a sizable donor area, then you can’t expect a lot of grafts.
For hair transplants, you generally want more grafts to create a fuller result. So, it really depends on the severity of your case.
3. Gro Clinics – Perth

Pros
- Wide selection of facilities and medical hair specialists
- Easy process with both online and offline options
- Very personable staff willing to answer queries with no obligation
Cons
- Location is near busy highway
- Cost can be unpredictably high at the start
- Aftercare requires active followups to attending surgeon or clinician
Gro has some of the most expansive clinics and facilities in Australia when it comes to hair loss treatment, so you can easily start your process whether you are going online or visiting one of their sites.
One thing we think might be an issue, though, is the proximity of their Perth site to plenty of cars speeding by. Although you aren’t likely to contend with really bad traffic, you should still expect the level of busyness and noise that comes with the area.
If this is something that you think may hinder your experience, we find that their other branches may be better options if you’re willing to make the drive.
As a whole, Gro clinics are very well-kept and have friendly staff. So, you shouldn’t have any problems with getting someone to assist you should you visit.
Something to keep in mind is that you won’t get a set rate for your Gro FUE hair transplant session. The prices are based on a case-to-case basis, so you can end up with a pretty costly initial investment if your surgeon deems it so.
Even with this big upfront cost, you aren’t guaranteed a full head of hair right away because of other variable factors. That said, their treatment plans have various payment plans and we’ve noted how these options really do help patients get to their goals in a feasible way.

Pros
- Experienced surgeons with an exceptional success rate
- Warm staff that are welcoming to virtually any case
- Variety of treatment options to cater to individual needs
Cons
- Can be less responsive than other options
- Necessitates direct calls to get more in-depth information
- Only open on weekdays
We find that one reason to visit this clinic is because of the woman at the helm. Dr Martinick has been specialising in hair restoration for over two decades and is responsible for the Martinick Technique.
The entire medical staff adheres to this style in order to create deliberately irregular hairlines and patterns in order to make the result look more natural.
We also appreciate that this clinic isn’t just an option for first-timers. If you’ve already had a hair transplant that didn’t go very well, this clinic is known for being able to correct mistakes and revive your hair.
Plus, we noted that patients can expect treatment to include some non-surgical methods as well to get the best possible outcome.
Another good thing is that you can fill out a personalised consultation form online to get a general estimate of the cost of your transplant. This option is useful if you want to figure out your budget before you even commit to a face-to-face or more in-depth consultation.
When you do decide to visit the clinic, you’ll be comforted to know that the medical staff, including Dr Martinick herself, is very non-judgemental and forthcoming.
We noticed that the only real problem is that the social media channels and live chat for the clinic are not the most helpful resources.
Aside from taking a bit too long to respond to messages, the staff members handling the messaging aren’t always able to give comprehensive information. So, make sure you just call directly or use their consultation form.
5. Ashley & Martin

Pros
- Offers a variety of support treatments
- Adheres to a technique that is less painful than other options
- Allows patients to customise their plan before committing
Cons
- Outsources surgery
- Doesn’t offer transplants for final stage baldness
- Perth clinic is less responsive than other branches
Ashley & Martin has been a longtime name in the hair restoration field. We should note, though, that they actually don’t immediately advocate for hair transplants.
They are largely renowned for their specialised RealGROWTH® treatment, so we noticed that it’s their priority in terms of the services offered. That said, they actually handle hair transplants for more severe cases.
They make use of a single follicle transfer technique that has a faster recovery time, less discomfort, and hairline customisability.
One factor we think might be a hassle, though, is that they don’t actually conduct the surgery themselves. Instead, Ashley & Martin creates a comprehensive guide and picks out a surgeon to match a patient’s needs.
The way they stay hands-on is by monitoring results and providing other resources to ensure the healing process goes as planned.
Despite the trustworthiness and helpfulness of their advice, you may want to consider a different option if you want to pay for a service that uses in-house solutions. We don’t really love the idea of having to deal with multiple parties for one procedure.
This clinic can’t be completely discounted, though, as their Perth space has an impressive success rate with both early and advanced hair loss.
This is the place to reach out to if you’re looking for other supplements and support that can help your transplant and regrowth get really great results.
