- 3 decades of experience
- Big portfolio and many carpet options
- Adequate showroom parking
Cons
- Complaints related to communication
We’ve got our eyes on Wall to Wall Carpets’ store in Perth because they’ve already been in the business for over 30 years.
It’s amazing for us that this company offers a wide range of carpeting options. Whether you’re into contemporary, traditional, minimal, or modern style, we think they’ve got something for you.
And if you’re concerned about allergies or asthma, their allergy-friendly carpets are a breath of fresh air! We appreciate that their items are designed to reduce the risk of any unwanted reactions.
But if you’re having trouble picturing your dream flooring, we recommend checking out their online gallery. It’s packed with inspiring projects to get your creative juices flowing!
Not to mention, we appreciate that they’ve got a modern showroom we can visit. Plus, it has plenty of on-site parking, so your visit will be a breeze.
Beyond installation, we like that they provide other helpful services, such as permanent pile reversal for those pesky light and dark patches, carpet cleaning, seam peaking for mismatched room sizes, and more.
The best part? Wall to Wall Carpets is available every day, so we feel there are plenty of opportunities to get in touch with them.
Nevertheless, one of their clients we talked to had some miscommunication issues with their staff. To avoid any hiccups, we recommend consulting with their team in detail first, so you’re on the same page about the installation schedule and other agreements.

Pros
- Memberships showcasing credibility
- Diverse flooring options
- Respects clients’ prefered contact method
- 2 showrooms in Western Australia
Cons
- Some reports of unresponsiveness
If you’re on the hunt for a solid carpet store in Perth, we think you shouldn’t overlook WA Carpet Supermarket.
The folks there are well-connected, with affiliations like the Carpet Institute of Australia Ltd (CIAL) and the Australian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA), so we believe they mean business!
But it’s not just carpets they’ve got. They’ve got a whole range of flooring options, from vinyl and timber to laminate and hybrids.
What’s also neat is that they’ve got many experienced sales consultants in-store, ready to help you pick out the perfect floor style, colour, and design. For us, it’s like having your own personal flooring advisor!
Their online contact form seems pretty user-friendly too. They even ask how you prefer to be contacted, whether it’s by phone or email, so it’s all about making things comfy for you.
We also like that they’ve got 2 showrooms, one in Osborne Park and another in Bunbury, making it easier for residents of Western Australia to check them out.
Should you want to visit WA Carpet Supermarket, this store is open 6 days a week and closes earlier on Fridays and Saturdays.
But here’s a heads-up: a few customers we talked to had a bit of a tough time getting in touch. If that happens, our advice is to drop them a follow-up message and keep those lines of communication open.

Pros
- 10 Western Australia stores
- Extensive carpet collection
- Trusted to supply 20 stores statewide
- Large website gallery
Cons
- Limited carpet colours
Looking for a super accessible carpeting company in Perth? Well, we think Trevors Carpets has got you covered, with 6 stores in the Perth metro area and 4 more scattered around Western Australia.
What’s truly impressive for us is their online gallery, featuring a whopping 50+ types of carpets. For us, it’s like a treasure trove for carpet lovers!
We like that their online gallery is well-organised too. You can browse through different carpet fibres like solution-dyed nylon, wool, and polyester.
They’ve got various styles as well, from chunky loop to cut pile twist and textured. Plus, they carry various brands like Feltex, Quest Carpets, and EC Carpet if you have a specific one in mind.
Additionally, Trevors Carpets has expanded its reach to supply over 20 stores throughout the state. We believe this says a lot about their reputation for top-notch flooring solutions.
But here’s the lowdown: the colour options for their carpets are a bit limited, sticking to black, blue, cream/beige, green, purple, and white. If you want more vibrant shades, you might want to check out other options on our list.

Pros
- Hands-on owners and staff
- Trendy modern styles
- “Room Visualiser” online tool
- 2 available showrooms
Cons
- Minimum order requirement
Canning Vale Carpet Court is one of our favourite carpet stores in Perth due to their dedicated expert team.
For one, we’re in awe that some store owners actually work in their own branch! We think this means that a lot of their staff are truly hands-on in helping their clients.
Now, let’s talk style. They’ve got loads of trendy, modern options that we think will make your space pop!
You’ve got categories like “Into the Pale” for that all-white minimalistic look, “Local Boho” if you’re into relaxed and soulful vibes, and “Brutal Beauty” for a minimal contemporary style.
But if you want to go bolder, no worries! The store provides styles called “Raw Luxe” if you prefer calmer imagery, “Modern Mono” with graphic lines and sharp angles, and “Euro Retro” for some European flair.
And here’s the cherry on top: Canning Vale Carpet Court has a nifty “Room Visualiser” tool on their website. You just pick a room that’s close to yours and try out their carpets and hard flooring – it’s like a sneak peek at your future floors!
Although, we heard from one customer that the store doesn’t take orders for carpets under 10 metres. So, it’s best to keep that in mind if you’re planning to order.

Pros
- Caters to homes and businesses
- Budget-friendly options
- Diverse carpet materials
- Offers stylish carpet tiles
Cons
- Shorter operating times
If you’re watching your wallet, we think Carpets By Design is a great option in Perth since they cater to various tastes and budgets.
For their popular carpet options, you’ve got pure wool for that soft, natural, premium feel, nylon for a budget-friendly, smart-tech pick, and polypropylene for great value and high performance.
But here’s where it gets interesting. They’ve got a bunch of carpet tiles – not just for homes but for businesses too!
In our opinion, carpet tiles give you more design freedom because you can mix and match them. Plus, they’re a breeze to install and look fantastic; you’re talking top-notch aesthetics, sound quality, and durability.
This option also seems like a win for many places, like healthcare, retail, offices, schools – you name it!
Now, if you’re keen to visit their store, we suggest getting a quote from Carpets By Design online before you swing by.
Just one drawback, though. They open the shop a bit later (around 11:30 am), which also means they wrap up earlier.
So, if you’re interested, it’s best to get in touch as soon as they open their doors to make sure you get accommodated.
