However, what I really appreciate about United Tilt Tray Service is its competitive prices. Their roadside assistance services are some of the cheapest you can avail of in Perth.

It’s quite amazing, too, that they are still punctual and fast despite being an affordable choice. I asked a representative how fast they can send a team to an emergency.

They told me that their arrival time can be anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes within the Perth metropolitan area.

However, some clients had some issues with United Tilt Tray Service’s customer service. One client told me that the tow truck driver sent to them was rude and dismissive of their concerns.

It’s also disappointing that this company is mostly limited to the Perth metropolitan area and its surrounding suburbs. You’ll need to contact someone else if your emergency occurs hundreds of kilometres away from the city.
