Top 7 Personal Trainers in Perth
How We Picked Experienced Personal Trainers in Perth
Experience
We looked for personal trainers who not only have years of experience under their belt but also the appropriate credentials for fitness.
Approach
You want a personal trainer who could motivate you but at the same time not be too harsh. We chose personal trainers who will help you achieve your goals with an approach that will suit your learning style.
Scheduling
Scheduling can be tricky if a personal trainer has multiple clients, so we made it a priority to choose those who make scheduling easy.
Cost
Personal trainers don’t come cheap, but it’s paramount that they’re worth the money you’re paying them for.

Pros
- Brings all necessary equipment to you
- Offers a free session
- Training is tailored to each client
- Friendly and motivational trainer
Cons
- Limited group fitness options
- Only 1 trainer
Parkfit Outdoors Personal Training is run by one man, Doug, who isn’t only passionate about what he does but also has the proper qualifications in fitness and first aid.
Doug used to offer multiple personal training options, such as group circuit training, boot camp training, and mum and baby training sessions, but since the pandemic, he’s had to change how he offers his services.
He now only offers one-on-one personal training or a couple/buddy session with you, your partner, or a friend. However, all of his training sessions are personalised to your needs and level of fitness.
His clients appreciate his approach and find him to be motivational and encouraging. Many have achieved positive results after undergoing his training, but this is partly up to you and your level of dedication.
You also don’t have to worry about buying fitness equipment, as Doug will bring all the necessary equipment to you. All you’ll have to do is come in appropriate fitness wear and be ready to train.
New clients can also get a free personal training session with Doug by booking on his website, which is great to assess your personal fitness level and your goals.
As we’ve mentioned, Doug is the sole personal trainer, and while we haven’t heard clients complain about scheduling difficulties, we suggest you have at least two available times to make sure you’ll get a slot with him.

Pros
- Multiple training options available
- Has physical location
- Includes diet plan
- Has introductory offer for $28
- Prices available online for group classes
Cons
- No home service
- Costs for individual training varies
Unlike other personal training services, Conan Fitness has a physical location that’s complete with all gym equipment. You will have to go to the gym to avail of their services, but clients have said the gym is a fun and motivational space to be in.
Conan Fitness has multiple training plans for you to choose from, with an introductory offer for $28. This is valid for 14 days and allows you to attend an unlimited number of group classes during that time period.
The group classes and group training sessions aren’t as personalised as individual sessions, but they are more cost-effective and their prices are available online.
You can opt for the $36 weekly pass, the $160 monthly pass, or the $200 ten-session pack.
Prices for individual training highly vary depending on your personal needs, schedule, and diet plan. It will be more expensive than the group passes, but this does mean training sessions will be tailored to your needs and fitness level.
They also don’t offer private training sessions from the comfort of your own home, which may be a dealbreaker to those who don’t live in the area or have accessibility issues.
If that’s something you prefer, please explore other options on this list. But if you’re someone who gets motivated by being in a gym, then Conan Fitness is a good option for you.

Pros
- Offers a complimentary session
- Affordable rates
- Prices available online
- Gym is complete with equipment
- Private session in the gym
Cons
- No home service or online classes
- Only 1 trainer available
- No group classes
I Perth Personal Trainer is run by Dan Baz who has over 20 years of experience in strength training, weight loss and fat burning, and bodybuilding.
His setup is unique compared to other personal trainers. Once you book a session with him, you will have the gym all for yourself with no other people training at the same time!
You may think that for this level of service that it would come at a premium price. However, we found his rates to be reasonable, which is at $55 for a 30-minute session, $65 for a 45-minute session, and $80 for a full hour.
Dan can also create customised payment plans for you which will be based on how many days a week you can train with him without a lock-in contract.
His gym is also complete with an infrared sauna and body scan machines, which he uses to assess your muscle-to-fat ratio.
Dan’s services are most suitable for those who are looking for a highly personalised program with a hands-on trainer. You’ll have to go to his gym to train, and he doesn’t offer classes or private group sessions unless you specifically request these.
He also doesn’t do home services or online classes, so you would have to be dedicated to going to the gym to get the best results. But if you know you can do that, then we are positive you will see great results training with him.

Pros
- Specialises in pre and post-natal fitness and training for seniors
- Has mobile/online training program
- Group sessions available
- Certified personal trainers
- Also offers life coaching
Cons
- Caters to mostly women
- Nonrefundable cancellation fee
- Only 1 trainer available
Nes Fitness is a woman-focused personal training service, but that doesn’t mean they don’t cater to other members of the population. They also specialise in fitness for seniors.
We like how they offer the option for you to train with them in the gym or opt for a mobile training plan. The mobile training plan will be conducted online, complete with a nutrition plan.
They also have group sessions available if you’d like to train alongside a few of your friends, which is also the cheapest option. Their group training starts at $20 per session, the online training at $37 per session, and individual sessions at $70.
Clients appreciated how their trainer, Milla, kept the program varied, fun, and always adjusted to their new fitness levels or strengths.
As we’ve mentioned, she does mostly work with women, but her male clients have been happy with the service they’ve received, too.
They do offer a free session, but this is only for life coaching. The free consultation for personal training is more of an assessment of you, your fitness levels and goals, rather than an actual training session.
Given how the trainer, Milla, offers both personal training services and life coaching, it is possible that you’ll have to wait a week or two to schedule a session with her, but most of her clients think it’s worth it.

Pros
- Multiple training options available
- Trainers can visit your home
- Has group training packages
- Multiple trainers available
Cons
- Limited hours during the weekend
Chris Wilson Fitness Studio prides itself as Australia’s most exclusive fitness studio, and that may be because of the prices they charge for their services.
However, we do think that their prices are worth it if they’re within your budget, as their trainers will give you programs tailored to your needs and fitness levels, and their gym has complete equipment.
They price most out of everyone on this list, with a 30-minute one-on-one session already costing you $80! A 45-minute session will be $100.
It may be cheaper to go for private group training sessions with one or two of your friends, and rates start at $105 for two people and $110 for three.
However, the cheapest option would be to opt for their group classes instead, although you won’t have a personal trainer for this. They have a $69 introductory offer for new classes, and a one-class pass is $32.
Despite being named the Chris Wilson Fitness Studio, they do have multiple trainers available, which means scheduling won’t be a problem with them. You can check out their profiles on the website to see which one you’d like to work with.
Unlike other personal training services, this studio doesn’t offer a complimentary session or consultation. The best you can do is schedule a visit to their gym to check out the location and learn more about their payment options.
Don’t worry. The visit is obligation-free, and you can choose not to avail of their services if it’s out of your budget.
