Before an injector cracks the MIRA team, they must have two years of experience. Dr Andrew Clark, a skin/muscle biochemistry specialist, will then keep them sharp with regular training.

That leads to injectors like Chantelle and Krupali, both loved for having a gentle hand and achieving subtle outcomes.

Consults are done properly, too. During our appointment, the risks and benefits of dermal fillers were discussed openly, and they even talked us out of options that weren’t the right fit.

It stayed consistent for team members who went through with the treatment. Follow-ups were done on a regular basis for monitoring (and in case adjustments were needed).

Just so you know, waltzing right away isn’t certain. Our lot was in the waiting room for around 10–15 minutes, which is a bummer since we spent $30 each to secure a consult.

The free coffee made the wait more bearable, though!

When our team asked clients to sum up White Room Clinic’s dermal therapists and aesthetic nurses, “knowledgeable” came up again and again.

Booking Claire Ross, who’s been a dermal therapist for 27 years, put it into perspective for us. She knew the product inside out and walked us through the risks, benefits, preparation, and aftercare.

You can’t just request injections on the spot either; everybody undergoes a detailed consult that examines factors like medical history and facial anatomy. Flunk it, and they won’t push things.

Staff-wise, they’re a touch small. That barely impacts the positive outcomes they get, but scheduling is a different story.

Special deals for dermal fillers would be sweet too. Last we looked, they were excluded from the clinic’s discounted treatments.

For the record, $350 as a starting point isn’t a robbery in Perth, especially for a luxe boutique clinic.

From the time I booked this appointment to the time I finished my appointment, I was treated like a princess – the level of care is exceptional. While I thought I’d get feedback about all the things I’m doing wrong with my skin (of which there are too many to list) but all I got was positivity about the little changes I could do to get improvements and a gradual long term plan to reverse some aging with mostly natural but evidence based treatments. One glance at the award-winning Blanc’s intimate and light-filled space made me say, “Yep, glow-ups happen here.”

The London-schooled Dr Clara Hurst drives that point home. Her 18-year career and training stint in the famed Harley Street often result in “untouched, refreshed looks,” as most clients put it.

Some extra warmth from the reception crew would go a long way, though. There’s been chatter about staff members showing negative body language and sounding dismissive.

Response times could also be quicker. Complaints about unanswered calls and email replies taking three weeks have been raised.

You can shrug that off if appointment quality matters more. When asked, clients point to the individualised consults and helpful advice as the reasons they stay.

Having post-treatment, medical-grade products on hand (such as the right cleansers and serums) is also quite handy.

No, Dentique Dental Spa wasn’t added here by mistake. For those unaware, dentists are a super choice for Botox (these clinics offer it too) and fillers, as they have solid training in facial anatomy.

Dr Carmelia Furlan is living proof. Hardly surprising once you learn about her 25-year-old resume and cosmetic dentistry speciality.

What’s mint is that her clientele seems happy with the results. She even has patrons who’ve stayed for two years or more.

Our team spoke to some, and they brought up positive points such as Dr Furlan’s careful planning, soothing aura, detailed explanations, and lasting outcomes.

The cool part? Computerised assessments are free for both “smile makeover” services and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Unfortunately, not every specialist here can inject you with dermal fillers, so working around Dr Furlan’s schedule is almost a given.

Dentique’s other services also lean heavily on the dental side. That’s cool if you need Invisalign, less so if it’s other beauty treatments you’re seeking.

Anybody obsessed with natural-looking fillers has probably heard of Nurse Alex from Siren Cosmetic Clinic. Her patrons typically report perks like customised plans and “not overdone” results.

The conservative approach carries over to client interactions. We inquired about pushy tactics, and the regulars claimed she’s often mindful of their health and desired results.

Longevity may be a minor weak point for some, however, chiefly those who only deal with decades-old specialists. Nurse Alex’s eight-year tenure means she’s properly seasoned, true, but most competitors have way more.

Team size is another thing she’s behind on. You may face a short wait before getting in.

But in fairness, queueing up isn’t a terrible idea if you’re trying to save cash. Many describe Siren’s pricing as good value for money, and they have packages that help if you’re after more than one treatment.
