Tee Shirt Republic doesn’t require you to make a bulk purchase. They have a “no minimum order” policy, which is ace for individuals or small groups.

Their printing techniques are just as flexible. The shop regularly fulfils screen printing, UV, DTG, DTF, and custom embroidery requests, meaning there’s a method for your budget and need.

Fabric range, however, can be a weak point if you’re looking to customise a piece that’s not considered a hoodie or tee.

The limited four-day schedule is another hiccup worth preparing for. We included options here that run five days a week.

Thankfully, the online designer saves time. Anybody can create or upload designs on it, pick pre-made ones, and even preview results, with the chosen garment displayed!

Better yet, paying for inflated costs or waiting for weeks is unlikely. The clients we talked to mentioned they were charged Perth-friendly rates and received orders on time.

Specialising in DTF, DTG, embroidery, HTV, and sublimation, AS Design & Print doesn’t stick to one method.

Their stellar record for meeting deadlines is even better! We have ordered personalised hoodies from them, and the shipment arrived within 3 days after placement.

Staff like Rachel and Chris did us some favours, too. Admittedly, our design and budgeting chops are terrible at best (the reason we usually hire graphic designers), but their professional advice got us the results we wanted at the right cost.

Some folks grumbled over orders that took an extra day or two to arrive, though. While rare, it’s still a concern for those with a strict timeline to stick to.

The showroom is also located in Port Kennedy. If you like inspecting tees in person, it’s nearly a 50-minute drive from downtown Perth.

Fortunately, any client can access the online designer, featuring 9 to 10 sizes and colours to play with.

The Fabric Printer may have set up shop in 1994, but they’re not stuck in old ways. You can pop by for newer techniques, like DTG and DTF painting.

It’s not all T-shirt printing either. Polos, jackets, safety wear, shorts, tanks, and other specialised garments that many shops overlook are fair game here.

What’s more impressive is the turnaround time, with most folks getting orders within 24 hours or between 2 and 3 days.

If you’re wondering how that’s possible, well, let’s just say the shop has a 720-metre factory and over 20 printing machines.

That’s also likely why industry professionals count on them. Don’t be shocked if you see RAC or UWA affiliates at their Osborne Park showroom.

Just bear in mind that some methods require a minimum order; screen printing, say, needs at least 20 items.

Another thing to consider is the shop’s limited hours.

We know many business owners who chose Smiles Me. Not jaw-dropping news, really, given the competitive rates, bulk order discounts hitting 45%, and free shipping perks for purchases past $100.

Scope plays a part, too. Beyond tees, they can print bespoke tank tops, polos, aprons, tote bags, mugs, pillows, beanies…you name it.

That said, samples are only available for large orders. That’s a tad inconvenient for small-time buyers who must travel to Riverton (around 30 minutes) to get a feel of the prints.

The method selection isn’t that huge either. It’s mostly digital and screen printing.

But hey, the staff is meticulous, especially Vijay! Should your design need any tweaks, maybe due to bad quality or errors, they’ll give you a heads-up before printing.

Above all else, they consistently hit target dates, and the majority of interviews brought up the non-fading quality.

If you only deal with decade-spanning names, Red Hot Design might be the pick. The shop has been printing since 1989, making it the most seasoned choice here.

What we rate more, though, is the team-up style. They’re a collaborative bunch who’ll see your idea through, even if it’s still a concept in your head.

They’re not lacking in range either. Sure, DTG and screen printing (they even cracked a spot here) are the most common, but you can book them for other methods, such as heat transfer, sublimation, and speciality inks/finishes.

That perk extends to their product scope. Red Hot Design customises the likes of caps, bags, and stubby holders, so you can pair that bespoke shirt with a matching promo item.

Not everyone left the store smiling, though. We met clients who flagged up unfriendly behaviour from the staff.

That 10-unit minimum is a pain as well, mainly for those who need smaller runs.
