Quest is in a convenient location, and guests may simply follow the river by foot or bike or take the train into Perth from the apartment to enjoy the city’s varied cuisine, pubs, and nightlife.

Moreover, Quest has large, clean, and cozy serviced apartments equipped with kitchens and laundry facilities.

The apartments’ open-plan layout is ideal for guests who prefer a wide space.

Visitors can also benefit from the discounted rates for stays of three nights or longer, with members having an additional 10% discount.

During our stay, the company’s personnel were courteous, offering excellent welcoming services. Guests were greeted warmly upon arrival, and the staff was eager to provide local guidance and suggestions.

Furthermore, there are plenty of parking spaces, which is always a benefit.

Quest Perth Ascot also offers a variety of amenities for leisure, such as sporting grounds and go-karting tracks, which make stays more enjoyable.

Their rooms also have a nice view of the surroundings, close to Ascot’s famous horse racing track, which hosts the Autumn Cup and horse meet-ups.

However, there are several disadvantages to the serviced apartment, especially when it comes to its location, which is on a large highway crossroad. That’s why previous guests complained that it got pretty noisy at times

Located in the heart of Subiaco, these apartments offer a safe option for short to long-term stays.

Furthermore, with Dowler, no matter how long guests stay, the apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for a peaceful visit.

The prices for the apartments range from $80 to $190 each night, depending on the size of the room and the duration of stay.

Dowler Apartments Subiaco is also very conveniently located. Subiaco’s attractions, restaurants, pubs, and retail centers are all within a few minutes walk.

Furthermore, the apartments are close to public transportation, making exploring Perth and its neighboring locations simple.

We found through our interviews with previous guests that Dowler Apartments’ employees and the owner are professional, engaging, and friendly. They react promptly to queries and address any concerns that arise.

While Dowler offers a great apartment in terms of value, a few aspects can use some improvements.

For starters, the guests report the pool and barbecue area are narrow, inconveniencing those who plan to spend much time there.

Furthermore, guests claim that the apartment walls are thin, and you can hear noise from adjacent apartments.

Fraser Suites Perth is a sustainable tourism-recognized business accredited by the Tourism Council WA. They provide fully-furnished apartments, flexible booking options, riverfront views, and a lovely setting at the heart of the city.

It’s worth noting, however, that guests must supply evidence of their vaccination status upon arrival, or they may be denied entrance to the property’s food and beverage outlets and recreational facilities.

Nevertheless, those who cannot present proof of vaccination will still be permitted to use room service. 

As for the apartments’ location, they are conveniently near the airport and train terminals within Perth’s Free Transit Zone.

This means that guests have free access to all buses within the city center, and the bus stop is conveniently placed directly outside the premises.

The suites have a friendly staff, an excellent pool and gym, and spacious beds. However, there are some drawbacks highlighted by the guests.

The apartments are conveniently positioned near North Inch Parkland and are only a five-minute walk from the city center.

The apartments are furnished to a high standard, offering open-plan living and dining spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and lavish bathrooms that give a soothing ambiance, great for a short or long visit.

The Braan and Earn apartments include a double bedroom that can accommodate two people, while the Isla apartment has two double rooms that can accommodate up to four people.

The Tay Apartment Collection offers a wide range of amenities that will provide guests with comfort and convenience for both short and long stays.

For clients seeking a warm and cozy ambiance, the relatively small space of the apartments’ rooms, while a possible disadvantage to some, may be ideal.

It’s also worth mentioning that there have been some reports of non-functional heated towel rails. We advise future guests to check with the management and verify if this issue has been resolved.

While certain aspects could be improved, we still recommend it, especially if you want to stay somewhere pleasant and cozy.
