Pros
- Multiple office locations available
- Wide event spaces for corporate events
- Flexible leasing options
Cons
- Above-average prices
- Some office spaces lack privacy
Spacecubed is one of the largest providers of office spaces in Perth with many of their spots located in the busiest and most active districts of the city.
They offer different types of office spaces that can cater to each business’ needs.
They offer private offices, which is great for businesses that value privacy in their business dealings. However, resident desks are also offered if you’re comfortable working in a shared space but still prefer a desk of your own with secure storage.
They also offer the usual coworking space. This has access to all services Spacecubed offers like events, skill workshops, and more.
Spacecubed’s multiple office options make them a great solution, especially for rapidly growing start-ups that might need more space and offices in a short time span as they employ more people every month.
While they have office spaces available in other parts of Western Australia, most of their spaces are congregated in St Georges Terrace in Perth CBD, which is one of the best locations to be in if you want easy access to most of Perth’s businesses.
We are also pleased to say that Spacecubed’s offices offer wide event spaces which their tenants can use for social or business events.
With an efficient and hardworking management team, you’ll have no problems bringing up concerns or planning huge events or gatherings.
When it comes to payment, Spacecubed is also one of the best office space partners regarding this aspect, as they offer flexible options for their leases.
They don’t force their tenants to sign lock-in agreements and also offer discounts on event space bookings.
However, a downside with Spacecubed is that their prices tend to be a bit more expensive when compared to other office spaces.
Some of their customers also wish that their office spaces introduce more privacy options.

Pros
- 24/7 access available
- Offers support services for small businesses
- Located near major roads and a train station
Cons
- 7 km away from Perth’s Central Business District
- Unclear pricing policy
The Aspire Centre is perfect for small businesses who want accessible and affordable services that only bigger companies usually have.
Located on Welshpool Road, The Aspire Centre is one of the best office spaces for newer businesses operating on a very limited budget.
They offer a good compromise of having easy access to roads leading to Perth’s CBD despite being a few kilometres away.
The Aspire Centre is only less than half a kilometre away from Welshpool Train Station, and the fact that Welshpool Road is a major road to Perth makes it easy to reach both by car and by public transport.
Aside from having a good location, The Aspire Centre also offers a large number of additional services aside from office spaces. Some of these services include virtual assistance and bookkeeping services.
These additional services are perfect for smaller businesses that aren’t able to afford an entire accounting team and for businesses that are heavily involved in the Internet and e-commerce.
The Aspire Centre recognizes the fact that most businesses transact worldwide nowadays, so the centre offers 24/7 access to all their tenants.
Tenants are given their own security cards which they can use to enter the offices no matter what day and time.
Some downsides with The Aspire Centre, however, are their location and pricing policy.
Despite being near a major road and train station, they are still kilometres away from Perth’s CBD, which can be a problem if you intend to visit the CBD regularly.
Some customers were also disappointed with their unclear pricing policy. One customer shared that they were surprised that there’s a cancellation fee if you want to cancel your lease.

Pros
- Super fast Internet connection
- Flexible leasing options
- Same-day office setups
Cons
- Additional services are a bit pricey
- No elevators
The Park Business Centre is a solid choice for start-ups that want office space solutions with flexible leasing and hassle-free office setups.
They have a well-experienced and highly efficient management team that is capable of assisting you in exploring the best options possible when choosing the best office setup and solutions for your business.
The Park Business Centre is highly flexible when it comes to office sizes.
They are capable of adjusting your office space according to your growth, and they also have multiple additional services available to assist you in filling up any gaps within your organisation.
This level of flexibility and options makes them a favourite among many start-ups in Perth.
One of the best things about The Park Business Centre is their super-fast fibre optic Internet connection. Businesses that are heavily involved in the Internet will appreciate their good Internet connection.
Another big strength The Park Business Centre has is its ability to set up offices in less than a day. This strength is what allows them to offer super flexible leasing options like one-day leases.
For some downsides, a glaring issue they have is their lack of elevators in the building. This can be a problem, especially for people who are less mobile and rely on elevators to move between floors.
Another problem is that most of their additional services are not included in the initial leasing fee, which makes them a bit expensive compared to what other office spaces offer.

Pros
- Has its own coffee shop
- Large event venues
- Free coworking space
Cons
- Less developed office spaces
- No private offices
Cleaver Street & Co. Studio is a great option if you prefer a hot desk coworking space setup with an informal setting.
Located just 3 minutes away from Perth’s Central Business District, Cleaver Street & Co. Studio offers an inexpensive solution for freelancers and small businesses who can’t afford an entire office space of their own.
Unlike other office spaces, Cleaver Street & Co. instead offers their coworking spaces for free to anyone who purchases a coffee from their coffee shop. This unique model is perfect for those who aren’t looking for a permanent office.
Aside from their free coworking space, Cleaver Street & Co. offers large event venues for all kinds of occasions like social gatherings and business events.
Their event venue can hold up to 100 people, while their more private meeting rooms have different sizes, ranging from small rooms capable of holding up to 6 people to large boardroom-style offices which can hold up to 20 people.
Recently, Cleaver Street & Co. has reworked their business model with their coffee store in its centre. Now all you need to do is to buy a coffee from their store, and you’re immediately granted access to their coworking space for free.
Their unique business model has downsides, however. Unlike proper office spaces, Cleaver Street & Co. is more suitable for informal setups, as their services aren’t as comprehensive as what their competitors can offer.
You also won’t be able to get much privacy in their establishment unless you’ve decided to rent one of their large meeting rooms.

Pros
- Unlimited access to their global online community
- Bilingual staff capable of assisting you with international transactions
- Located in the middle of Perth’s Central Business District
Cons
- Unfriendly staff
- More suited for bigger businesses
Servcorp located in AMP Tower is one of the best options for multinational businesses and organisations thanks to its extensive global network of office spaces and support services.
They have one of the best office space locations in Perth since AMP Tower is located right in the heart of Perth’s Central Business District.
Being in a location like this provides businesses with a strong edge, as they can coordinate with their partners better.
Servcorp is an international company that provides office space solutions for both small and big businesses alike. As an international company, they have access to many resources that most of their competitors can’t match.
One of those is their highly professional staff that are trained to speak more than the English language. Businesses will have no trouble making a deal in nations where the English language isn’t widely spoken thanks to Servcorp’s diligent staff.
Another benefit of their global presence is their large community of businesses all around the world. Finding a business partner is easy with Servcorp, as they provide unlimited access to their network.
In terms of amenities, they also make sure that all furniture and equipment are regularly maintained and updated. Their office spaces also use the fastest Internet connection available in Australia.
In terms of office spaces, Servcorp offers multiple options depending on what each business may require.
They have serviced offices that have privacy features like frosted glass and secure doors, but they also offer coworking spaces for freelancers or businesses that prefer a more informal setting.
However, there are still some areas that Servcorp needs to improve on. Some of their clients were disappointed about the unfriendly attitude of their staff, which can make it harder to seek their additional services.
Some clients also feel that Servcorp almost immediately prioritises the needs of their bigger clients over the smaller businesses. If your business is still a start-up, it might be a good idea to look for other options first over Servcorp
