In my opinion, they’re a good choice for those who are visiting Perth for the first time. That’s because they primarily offer hop-on and hop-off tours that cover the city’s top destinations like Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, and the Perth Mint.

Furthermore, all their buses come equipped with onboard commentary that’s available in 10 languages. These buses even have a children’s channel to keep the kids entertained throughout the entire ride!

Sadly, it should be mentioned that some people may have a hard time listening to the onboard commentary. That’s because most of Perth Explorer’s buses are old, including their sound systems.

Sadly, all this stuff comes with a premium price tag. It’s also a bit of a bummer that they don’t offer tours beyond the Swan Valley.

That’s why, aside from covering the natural wonders of Perth, they’ll also take you to other equally impressive places like Broome and Exmouth. These adrenaline-pumping tours include almost everything, from snorkelling with whale sharks to hiking in national parks.

And if that’s not enough for you, they also offer exclusive activities like sea lion tours and stand-up paddleboarding!

Of course, a downside that comes with them is that all of their exotic tour packages will take you several days to finish. Not only will you be away for some time, but access to amenities, like hot showers and proper beds, is quite limited.

If that sounds exciting, you’ll definitely appreciate the number of locations they cover. Aside from Perth, they can also set up your tour to travel to other notable places like Broome and Karijini.

Sadly, due to the nature of their itineraries, you’ll also have to spend a significant amount of time without easy access to modern amenities, like heating and the Internet. It also sucks to hear that some clients encountered rude behaviour from their staff.
