However, we don’t suggest that you contact them through their online form on their website for urgent concerns, as they may take some time to reply. Placing a call will be a better option.

Their security guards are attentive towards their jobs, and we’re glad to report that we’ve heard no complaints about their security guards. This is a result of the intensive training their guards go through, and they have all the necessary licences. 

As we’ve mentioned, they mostly work with commercial clients, which means they’ve got limited services for residential clients. Thus, their pricing is better adjusted for big clients with recurring projects.

You can still try and give them a call, but we suggest other companies who focus on residential services, as their fees may be more affordable.

We heard no complaints about their security personnel, which is a good sign. The complaints are mostly about the office staff whom clients claim can be difficult to work with at times.

However, we were happy with how Baaz responded to this issue by taking responsibility for the incident and took measures to ensure it won’t happen again.

If you are certain you want to avail services from them, their customer service staff is quick to respond to calls and feedback. Thus, booking services with them or enquiring won’t be a problem.
