There aren’t many clinics open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and eDental Perth is one of the few. Naturally, that comes with perks, including same-day appointments for urgent cases.

Personally, I go here for toothache treatments, since booking a spot usually doesn’t add to the agony. Another reason is the comprehensive approach, covering solutions such as cleaning and pain management.

If we’re talking costs, the rates are just right for Perth. The front desk even breaks down the fees, treatments, and payment options, including dental schemes (e.g., Bupa and Medicare).

I’ll also rate their aftercare positively. From my experience, they check up on you post-treatment.

The main hitch is with their filling-related solutions. Some clients mentioned the treatment hasn’t always held up.

Their reliance on automated notifications needs to be tweaked as well. You can miss out on appointments if your details are outdated.

I’ve been receiving dental care with e dental since 2021, and they have been excellent. The staff and admin are all very friendly and easy to deal with. My general dentist, Fraser, is professional, and has been looking after my dental care, including scale and cleans, general check ups, and some fillings where necessary. I’ve also recently had three wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation. Dr Connor Willis and his team were amazing, professional and provides a high level of dental care and treatment. The reception and staff have provided all the necessary information on post surgery care and have been excellent.

Extremely Happy With the Service

I had a dental cleaning yesterday with the new Airflow system and it was absolutely amazing. Lenny and her assistant Angela were both incredibly professional, kind, and made the whole experience super comfortable. Based on our chats, Perth Dental Rooms know how to put patients at ease. The practice manager, Tahlia, was especially praised for being gentle and detail-oriented.

Same-day appointments can be arranged, too, and the sweet thing is their positive track record when it comes to knocked-out teeth. Just make sure you get here within 30 minutes, which isn’t impossible given the clinic is usually a 3-minute drive from the city centre.

Other than that, they’ll give you a thorough assessment. This is good news for those who value long-term planning.

The prices could sting, though. Flexible payment options lessen the blow, yes, but rates might be high for most, and you even have to worry about the $50 penalty for missed appointments.

In addition, operating hours don’t include Saturdays and Sundays.

The telehealth feature is a silver lining, thankfully. I tried it this past month, and the efficiency is worth a shout.

Scheduling is rarely a concern at Radiant Smiles. Their comprehensive services are available 7 days a week, and you can even set late appointments until 11 pm on Saturdays and weekdays.

The staff deserves some props as well, primarily Dr Aston and the receptionists. We’ve chatted with patients who are typically anxious about dental treatments (mainly extractions), and they said the caring and friendly personnel there helped them calm down.

Record-wise, their history with wisdom tooth extraction looks reliable. The same can be said for their root canal treatments, although the former received more praise.

It’s not the most budget-friendly pick, though. An appointment alone can set you back $170, and it only goes higher once procedures are added.

Getting your preferred time slot isn’t guaranteed, either. Even on weekdays, the clinic sees lots of patients.

The upside is that you get consistent aftercare, particularly in terms of pain management.

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction last night and the staff were absolutely amazing and so patient with me throughout the whole process. I especially want to thank the doctor and the lovely lady who held my hand while I was in pain – it truly meant so much to me. The doctor was incredibly patient and understanding, which made me feel so much more at ease. I would also like to give a special thanks to the Bhutanese lady who kindly arranged my appointment at an odd timing to make sure I could be seen. I’m so grateful for everyone’s care and support. Very Grateful

I cannot rate Radiant Smiles highly enough. Having an emergency with a broken tooth on a Sunday morning I was given an appointment that afternoon. Dr David was incredible, looked after me throughout the process of having a crown and did an amazing job. The dental nurses are lovely as are the receptionists who are warm, welcoming and understanding when entering the practice and so lovely to speak to on the phone. Dentists WA Canning Vale has been operating since 2013, which makes them the longest-running clinic here. It’s also included in the list of candidates available 7 days a week.

Patients often compliment the receptionists, raving about their polite and empathetic approach, both in person and over the phone. Best of all, they smooth out appointments by gathering essential info ahead and providing alternative schedules.

The drawback is that you have to travel 25–30 minutes (by car) if you’re coming from the Perth CBD. This puts them as our roundup’s farthest clinic from the city centre.

A handful of interviewees also felt that the prices were too high.

On the upside, you can score promotional deals, a perk most competitors don’t offer. For instance, one teammate enjoyed whitening discounts by joining their Tooth Whitening Club.

Major funds like HBF and Bupa also consider the clinic a preferred provider.

A glaring sign of Dental Gigi’s reliability and expertise is their extensive portfolio. They have the largest client base here!

Their nicest advantage, however, is not charging extra or unreasonably high fees for emergency appointments. Consults are normally priced at $75 only.

What makes it even sweeter is that they accept over 10 health funds. Think Bupa, HCF, Medibank, Navy Health, and HIF.

Plus, Dental Gigi’s equipment is up-to-date, with intraoral scanners, OPG, CEREC, and CBCT machines as the prime examples.

A potential issue is that appointments could be called off, as stated by some patients. Notifications are also sent through text messages; calling would’ve been more helpful.

Additionally, they’re a relatively smaller team of 7 practitioners, which has led to availability issues in the past. And sure, that’s no small number, but you have to consider that the other entries feature 10-plus specialists.
