At the heart of Erin Aesthetics is Erin Thompson, a registered aesthetic nurse with over 13 years in the field. How the clinic operates makes it obvious.

For one, consultations are a must, and every treatment is prescription-based, checking both accountability and safety boxes.

The staff also knows the importance of being friendly. Personnel such as Elayne sensed my anxiety (I have needle phobia) and comforted me, with knowledgeable advice as a bonus.

I have no complaints on the tech side either, thanks to the clinic investing in advanced, effective, and safe devices. The medical-grade Healite II and Genius RF Microneedling kits are notable examples.

Unfortunately, they keep shorter hours compared to most alternatives.

There’s also been a recent spike in pricing, so don’t come unprepared.

One way to soften the blow is to wait for the specials to drop. I saved $100 with their Byryzyn skin needling discount!

There are a lot of clinics around, but not many you can trust. The girls here are genuinely amazing at what they do. What I also love, is their honesty. They won’t just treat you unless they genuinely think you’re suitable for what it is you’re looking to treat. Their results are natural and done professionally. Blume Aesthetics sticks to TGA and AHPRA guidelines, resulting in safe and reliable cosmetic treatments.

From interviews, chin/lip fillers and wrinkle relaxers are what they do best, though they offer more than that. Think permanent fat removals, PRP that’s used for regenerating new collagen, and Dermalux LED, which is fab for skin healing.

Clients found the 15–30-minute consultations useful as well. Many love how thorough the sessions were (including the FaceTime sessions), despite the “general” tag.

Just keep in mind that not all meetings are free. The longer ones and those intended for more complicated procedures are priced.

You’re also competing for slots. Blume’s demand is high.

Good thing there are more hours to work with, and follow-up appointments (15 minutes) cost zero.

Lovely staff, too. Aside from putting the clients’ minds at ease, they’re knowledgeable and won’t approve a treatment they don’t fully believe in.

I had a great experience during my first consultation with Kia. I’ve never had any type of injectables before so was nervous about the process and associated costs.

Since opening in 2018, Angel Aesthetics Clinic have been racking up awards, specifically those from the Australian Business Enterprise Awards.

Not that it’s surprising. The Perth clinic is managed by seasoned nurses Zoha, Georgia, and Zoe.

Fillers are their sweet spot. Clients, mainly those with needle phobia, often rave about the trio’s gentle methods, as well as the natural-looking results they achieve.

Here’s the catch: slots vanish fast. There’s a chance you won’t secure a preferred date.

Initial consultations aren’t free either. Last time we checked, a 15-minute meeting costs $50.

Occasional discounts can soften the blow, fortunately, and follow-ups for most treatments don’t come with a fee.

Angel’s is also big on packages. For instance, you can pay less by opting for their anti-wrinkle bundle.

Another area they’re clued on is innovation. Most of their treatments are new, namely Rejuran and those exosome-rich procedures.

You don’t have to worry about outdated and unsafe procedures at The Lime Tree Clinic (one of our go-to skin care spots). Every treatment they offer is medically tested and innovative.

Besides, the facility is led by UWA-graduate Dr Robert Lau and specialty cosmetic nurse Eunah Seo. Both have a glowing record, though Dr Lau is best for thread lifting while Eunah is the call for Korean-style facial rejuvenation.

The staff is also rated positively. One common feedback is how gentle, caring, and detailed they are, with nurses like Bree and Beatriz often getting the nod.

Last-minute cancellations really drag down the clinic’s CS scores, though. What’s worse is that drops happened more than once.

A couple of past clients reckon the fees are a tad high, too.

Luckily, you can nab discounts and packages. The latter generally saves you around 20% and can even be tailored to your needs.

Dermedica is an ideal choice for people who only trust established clinics. It’s been around since 2004, and the doctor running it, Dr Joanna Teh, has 20-plus years of experience.

Dr Teh is especially skilled at enhancing Asian faces. We actually talked to several clients, and the majority booked her for non-invasive treatments like pore size reduction, jawline slimming, and nose enhancement.

Past that, many drop in for neck, chest, and body solutions. That variety is certainly a plus.

Some niche offerings are also available here, including laser tattoo removals (which these clinics also provide) and anti-sweating procedures. Those aren’t provided by most entries.

Discounts and packages are rare, though, so don’t forget to inquire about prices in the 15-minute consultation (it’s free).

One more thing to be wary of is the clinic’s distance from downtown Perth. It’s a 20-minute drive by car or 40 minutes on public transport, making it the farthest pick.
